Returns & Refund Policy

At HERBIITUDE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure that all our products are carefully crafted and packaged to meet the highest quality standards. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase.
  • Products must be:
    • Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice).
  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare/cosmetic items cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, promotional items, and discounted products are not eligible for return.
  • Products purchased during sales or special promotions are considered final sale.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued in the original payment method (credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash, depending on purchase channel).
  • Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

5. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact our Customer Support team via email or WhatsApp (details provided below).
  2. Provide your order number, receipt, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to return the product.
  4. In Pakistan and the UAE, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
  • We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

7. Regional Conditions

  • Pakistan: Local consumer protection laws apply. Refunds will be processed in PKR.
  • UAE: Refunds will be processed in AED in accordance with UAE consumer rights regulations.
